Cornetto Free Music

Cornetto

The Cornetto free music festival 2007 is a free concert attended by musicians from all over the world. The festival also holds a contest to seek and to give a platform to new talent. This year McCann approached Mutado to illustrate the concept of “hunting” talents.

The main idea was to illustrate animals over real pictures representing musicians while adding a little comedy. The process was initiated by a set of amazing photos by Pierpaolo Ferrari which were then drawn over with things like an emo deer and a rockabilly rhinoceros.
