Disney Witch Fashion Game

Mutado developed the initial community experience for Witch Magazine, published by The Walt Disney Company Italy. This game is an exchange system where the young users can collect and buy clothing, shoes and accessories and exchange them with other users and friends.

Each user can create customized designs using items in their collection and then, publish the final outfits in a public gallery to share with other users. Visitors can vote and rank outfits, as well as, give points to the owner so that they can then go and buy more items.

On the technical side, the front-end of the collecting game is entirely flash AS2 developed. The gallery front-end is an Ajax application based on the Mutado Open-Source Ajax Framework. The back-end is a fully compliant JAVA J2EE application running on a WebLogic platform.
